Yes. Many of our clients live in another country and plan their wedding remotely. We manage local venue and supplier communication, online planning meetings, timelines, guest logistics and on-site coordination, providing one central point of contact throughout the process.

Yes. Wedding design can be booked separately from our planning services. This service covers the creation of the complete design concept - not the décor items themselves.We develop the visual direction and illustrated design project for the wedding spaces, then present selected floral and rental quotations from curated vendors who can bring the concept to life. We also guide the couple through the selections, manage the floral and rental budget, and coordinate the on-site installation to ensure the final result reflects the approved design.

Yes. Our team works with international couples and communicates in English, Portuguese and Italian throughout the planning process. For weddings in destinations where another language is required, we bring in additional local team members who speak the relevant language to support on-site coordination.Our Portuguese- and Italian-speaking team also communicates directly with couples, venues and suppliers in Portugal and Italy.

For destination weddings and multi-day celebrations, we recommend contacting us approximately 15 to 18 months before the preferred wedding date.Shorter planning periods may be possible depending on the destination, season, venue availability and complexity of the event.

Yes. Venue research and selection is included in our full-service wedding planning. We consider the destination, guest count, budget, accommodation, accessibility, event format and visual atmosphere before recommending suitable venues and can organize site visits at your preferred selection.

Yes. We can assist with accommodation recommendations, group room blocks, transportation between wedding venues and guest's hotels.These details are particularly important for mountain, island, countryside and coastal destination weddings.

Yes. We plan complete wedding weekends and guest experiences. Depending on the celebration, this may include a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, after-party, brunch and farewell gathering.

Yes. We regularly evaluate new venues and destinations. For each project, we research the location, visit the venue when required, develop the supplier team and create a detailed logistical and production plan.

No. The destinations shown in our portfolio represent places where we already have direct professional experience. We also welcome weddings in other regions of Switzerland and across Europe.
